Customer Service Department
Customer Service Department, which follow the office of HE the Minister, is the link between the competent authorities within the Ministry and the beneficiaries of its services (students, parents, the ministry employees and local institutions).
The department aims to Facilitate the procedures for the beneficiaries to obtain the services provided by the Ministry through meeting the customers in electronic customer service hall and customer service sections in the educational directorates. The department also aims to activate various electronic communication channels to reply various inquiries concerning the services of the ministry, receive customers applications and transfer them to the competent authorities inside and outside the ministry, follow up and inform the customer about the procedures.More....
