Third step: sending a text message to the customer within the two days of request delivery stating that the request has been received including the application number. Fourth step: After studying the request by the competent authorities, the customer shall be informed through a text message or telephone call that will inform him of competent authority reply on the subject.

How can I register a student in class one through education portal and What documents required? What are the requirements of registration for a resident student? What are the required documents?   The resident student can be registered via the Sultanate Oman Education Portal by accessing to the site of Ministry www.moe.gov.om and choosing the icon of a parent/requests submit/registration of a student coming from outside the Sultanate. The required documents to complete the registration procedures are: the school certificate approved by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from the country that issued the certificate and the Omani Embassy or Omani Cultural Attaché in that country, residence card and passport for residents.    
How can I get the password of the parents' application? The password of parents application can be obtained by: - A card reader of ID. -A card of smart phone that enhanced with electronic certification system.

How can I revise marks record of a student?    You can submit request of marks records revision by accessing to the site of Sultanate Oman Education Portal www.moe.gov.om. The student or parents enter seat number and ID number and the data and school subjects will appear. -The student chooses the subjects he wants to revise not exceeding than three school subjects and after that he prints out revision form to sign and deliver the form to the Directorate / General Directorate at governorate. - Pay the prescribed fees by sticking a financial stamp or depositing the amount of money in the Ministry's account according to the followed mechanism for each education governorate.
